My research investigates how various social networks, from informal ties to strategic partnerships, influence innovation and performance at individual and organisational levels. I examine topics at the intersection of multiple disciplines, including strategic management, innovation, and the economics and sociology of science and technology. At the Department of Management, Strategy, and Innovation (KU Leuven), as a doctoral student, I explore science-technology links, external knowledge sourcing, and how individual connectivity enhances technological innovation.
With experience in organisational network consulting, data analytics, and university management, I create and utilise unique large-scale datasets alongside primary company data for my research.
